During steeping, flavor molecules bond with VG/PG base, alcohol evaporates, and the liquid homogenizes. The result: richer, smoother flavor.
Fruit/menthol: 1-3 days.
Dessert/bakery: 7-14 days.
Tobacco: 14-28 days.
Cream/custard: 14-21 days.
Warm water bath — place sealed bottle in warm (not hot) water for 15 minutes. Ultrasonic cleaner — vibrations speed up molecular bonding.
