To start mixing, you need: PG (Propylene Glycol), VG (Vegetable Glycerin), flavor concentrates, and optionally nicotine base. You'll also need measuring syringes or a scale, empty bottles, and nitrile gloves.
All ingredients should be food-grade quality from verified suppliers. Never use oil-based flavors — only water-soluble concentrates designed for vaping.
